I ordered these for my daughter sweet 16 glow in the dark party. The seller was very helpful and answered all my questions I had on a timely manner. The order arrived on time and was well packaged.
I used a combo of star and dots glow in the smdark strings ( the dot strings were purchased separately). The Happy birthday sign it’s from the same seller and I borrowed it from a friend.

I ordered this for my glow in the dark party it was just perfect, it glowed just as shown in the picture..The only thing that I was not to fond of is that it was a bit to small for my background. I would differately recommend and reorder this item.
