• This listing is for a banner with just HAPPY BIRTHDAY and no name and two four-foot garlands to hang above and below the banner. Use the pull-down menu to select a name banner based on the number of letters in the name.
• Each letter is 3.5" high (see the picture with my hand to get a better idea of how big the letters are). These papers do not glow in the dark. They do, however, light up like crazy under black light, as you can see from the photos.
• Banner is made from extra thick premium neon poster board and is strung on thin black satin ribbon.
• Garlands are made from matching lighter-weight poster board.
• Use the personalization box to choose the colors you would like (see colors in listing pictures) for the banner.

I ordered this for my glow in the dark party it was just perfect, it glowed just as shown in the picture..The only thing that I was not to fond of is that it was a bit to small for my background. I would differately recommend and reorder this item.
