This vivid personalized birthday glow party cake topper is colorful by daylight and black light! The neon colors are super bright, and, because they are UV reflective, they fluoresce like crazy. This item is handmade using a die cut to cut the letters from neon pink, yellow, orange, green, blue, purple and reddish-orange poster board. The letters are adhered to a black background which is matted with a neon yellow backing.
Each letter is approximately 2" high. All together, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, as shown measures about 9" wide and 5" tall (7.5" tall with the sticks). If you choose to add a name, the height will change to approximately 7.5" tall (10" with the sticks). There are two lollipop sticks firmly attached that insert directly into the cake.

If you would like to add a name, total up the number of letters in the name, and choose that number from the pull-down menu.
