Neon garlands didn’t glow with a black light as described, Beth argues with me saying she didn’t understand why they didn’t glow , I will not be purchasing anything else from shop and I highly recommend that others don’t also

My ombre pink sprinkle shower garland is perfect! It is even prettier than I imagined. The paper used is sturdy and the colors are beautiful. Beth was so easy to communicate with and had my order to me when promised. I loved it so much I immediately ordered more.
