Processing & Shipping
Each item is carefully handmade to order. Current processing time is 4–6 business days.
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your location but typically takes 4–6 business days within the U.S. Please keep in mind that shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
If you need your order by a specific date, feel free to reach out before ordering and I’ll be happy to let you know what’s possible.
Returns & Custom Orders
Because many items are made especially for you, custom-made items are not eligible for returns. Custom orders include:

Garlands made with specially requested colors

Cake toppers, banners, and cupcake toppers personalized with names and/or ages
I take great care to make each custom item exactly as described and shown in the listing.
Returns for Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. These include:

Garlands made in standard shop colors (such as graduation garlands in school colors)

Most baby shower raindrop garlands that were not made using specially requested colors
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded for the item cost only.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, including:

The original shipping cost paid to send the item to you

The return shipping cost paid to send the item back
