When ordering, use the pull-down menu to select the correct digits for the age...one digit (ages 1-9) or two digits (10-99). Then choose the number of letters for the name and fill in the personalization box.

Topper is a paper product made of neon poster board.
Topper is UV reflective and "glows" under black light. You must have a black light shining near it to make it fluoresce.
Topper has your child's age and name underneath. Two stars embellish either side of the name.
Topper measures approximately 10 inches tall with the sticks and varies in width by age and name.. See pictures for measurements with ruler and the one shown with my hand for size reference.
Letters for the name are 2" tall. The number measures 3.5" tall and is matted with black and a matching neon color. Stars of various neon colors in two sizes are placed around the outside for extra pizazz.
Neon colors that are available are green, orange, blue, pink, yellow, purple and reddish orange. Please enter the color you want for the number and any other color instructions when checking out.
