This large neon birthday banner is perfect for your neon birthday glow party! It is colorful by daylight so you can use it without black light. But, under black light UV lighting, this banner fluoresces like crazy (as shown in the last picture--banner shown without stars). The first price lsted is for just HAPPY BIRTHDAY in two strands. If you would like to add a name, use the pull-down menu to choose the number of letters in the name. Type the name you want for your banner in the personalization box when checking out.

The letters and pennants are cut by me in my shop. I also hand-string the banner onto the ribbon.
Pennant backing is made from black 65lb card stock and measures 5.5" across by 8.25" long.
Letters are cut from seven neon colors that fluoresce (glow) under blacklight. The colors are pink, blue, green, orange, reddish-orange, purple and yellow. They are cut from fluorescent poster board and measure 3.5" high. Width varies by letter.
Neon stars are glued in random design on black banner pennants.
Letters are glued to the pennant backing and banner is strung with black satin ribbon.
I hang each word on a separate line for you to hang one underneath the other. If you prefer one long string with many words, please message me so we can decide on how to space the words.
Banner does not glow in the dark on its own. If you want the banner to glow, you will need a black light (UV reflective light).
