This is a paper product made from UV reflective poster board. It does not glow in the dark on its own. You will need a black light shining near it.
This item is handmade using dies to cut the letters from neon pink, neon green, neon orange, and neon yellow poster board. The letters are adhered to a black background which is matted with a neon yellow backing.
Each letter is approximately 2" high. All together, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, as shown measures about 9" wide and 5" tall (7.5" tall with the sticks). If you choose to add a name, the height will change to approximately 7.5" tall (10" with the sticks). There are two lollipop sticks firmly attached that insert directly into the cake.
The flowers are approximately 1.5" in diameter.
