This circular, star-studded glowing neon cake topper is personalized with the birthday guest's name and age. Topper is a paper product made of neon poster board.
Topper is UV reflective and "glows" under black light. You must have a black light shining near it to make it fluoresce.
Topper measure approximately 11 inches (28 cm) by 13 inches (33 cm) with the sticks. See pictures for measurements with ruler and the one shown with regular-sized scissors for size reference.
Numbers measure 3.5" tall. They are glued onto a black circle and matted onto a neon yellow circle.
Letters for the name are 2" tall. The letters are backed in black, matted onto a coordinating color, and glued to the bottom half of the circle with the age at the top half. The stars are triple-layered with foam tape to make them pop.
Neon colors that are available are green, orange, blue, pink, yellow, purple and reddish orange. Please enter the color you want for the number and the color you want for the the outer circle in the personalization box when checking out. If you have a specific request for the colors of the letters that spell out the name, please enter that information, as well.
