Topper is a paper product made of neon poster board.

Topper is UV reflective and "glows" under black light. You must have a black light shining near it to make it fluoresce.

Topper measure approximately 9" with the sticks. Width varies depending on the name added.

Letters for the name are 1.5" tall. The letters and age are backed in black and placed on top of the age number. The stars are triple-layered with foam tape to make them pop.

Neon colors that are available are green, orange, blue, pink, yellow, purple and reddish orange. Please enter the color you want for the number and the color you want for the the outer circle in the personalization box when checking out.
