This set of one dozen (12) neon number cupcake toppers (wrappers not included) is a great personalized decoration for a glow birthday party! Each topper measures approximately 6" (15 cm) tall and 3" (7.5 cm) wide.
Use the pull-down menu to select the number of toppers needed for your cupcakes. Enter any instructions about colors (ie. please do not use pink), and enter the number you want on the toppers. If you need a different amount, please message me.
These papers do not glow in the dark. They do, however, light up like crazy under black light, as you can see from the photos. The UV reflective colors fluoresce under black light.
