This set of one dozen (12) neon number cupcake toppers is a great personalized decoration for a glow birthday party! They can be made with any number to display the age of your birthday girl or boy. They are a great addition to your Sweet 16 or birthday glow party! The toppers are made in fluorescent pink, green, orange, yellow and white, but can the pink can be replaced with a reddish orange if this is for a boy who does not like pink. The toppers are bright and colorful under daylight. Under UV black light, the fluoresce like crazy. Your child will be thrilled to have the coolest customized neon cupcake toppers!

Each topper measures approximately 6" (15 cm) tall and 3" (7.5 cm) wide.
Use the pull-down menu to select the number of toppers needed for your cupcakes. Enter any instructions about colors (ie. please do not use pink), and enter the number you want on the toppers. If you need a different amount, please message me.
These papers do not glow in the dark. They do, however, light up like crazy under black light, as you can see from the photos. The UV reflective colors fluoresce under black light.
