Each letter is 3.5" high (see the picture with my hand to get a better idea of how big the letters are). These papers do not glow in the dark. They do, however, light up like crazy under black light, as you can see from the photos.
The banner is strung on black 1/8" satin ribbon. Flowers are placed randomly on certain letters.
