Topper is UV reflective and "glows" under black light. You must have a black light shining near it to make it fluoresce.
Topper measures approximately 12-13" across and 9" high with the sticks.
Letters are approximately 1.25" to 1.5" tall. The words are glued onto black card stock and then matted with neon yellow poster board.
Neon colors that are used are green, orange, blue, pink, yellow, purple and reddish orange. If you have a specific request for the colors of the letters used (ie. your son doesn't want pink), please note that in the personalization box.
