You will love how this glow party cake topper looks by daylight and black light! The neon colors are super bright, and, because they are UV reflective, they fluorescce like crazy. This cake topper is also customizable, so you can add a name, if you like.

This is a paper product made from UV reflective poster board. It does not glow in the dark on its own. You will need a black light shining near it.
This item is handmade by me. I use a die cut to cut the letters from neon pink, neon green, neon orange, and neon yellow poster board, and then I adhere them to a black background which I then mat with a neon yellow backing.
Each letter is approximately 2" high. All together, HAPPY BIRTHDAY, as shown measures about 9" wide and 5" tall (7.5" tall with the sticks). If you choose to add a name, the height will change to approximately 7.5" tall (10" with the sticks). There are two lollipop sticks firmly attached that insert directly into the cake.

If you just want HAPPY BIRTHDAY as shown, select "just HAPPY BIRTHDAY" from the pull-down menu.
If you would like to add a name, total up the number of letters in the name, and choose that number from the pull-down menu.
